but it is to make a point and the point is, you're good at art whether you like it or not so deal with it.

True. You're good at art. And if you don't practice...
I may catch up to you. I've worked on it a bit.

it's not that i don't like my art that i do for myself, it's just that i don't like to paint, therefor i don't improve on it, thus i don't like the work i do when painting, thus never getting better. it's an endless cycle....
oh, and (at the risk of sounding conceited): good luck with beating me, i have been improving as well ^.^ !!...i just need a scanner....DAMN!!!

True. But I finally found a way to draw people and not totally suck!
By drawing them in full body cloaks that cover them completely...

That's what I figured. If I can do that, then I can work my way up, eventually.

Printing doesn't count as drawing, Laura. And tracing only counts if you still wear diapers or can't tie your shoes.
Which is why I traced until the second grade.

..i'm not gonna ask which it was....also, tracing can help a little. i used to do it to get the feel of the female body and hands...i had such a hard time drawing hands....**stares in horror as she remembers** now i do it with wolves and foxes to get the head right...so it's not all that bad, unless you trace it then say that you drew it, in which case you should burn in hell!!!! MWAAAAHAHAHAAHA!! but seriously, it's a good way to learn...course, if you still don't like that idea, you can always draw by looking at the pic...
